Immigration for Professionals
Professionals who hold at least a Bachelor degree or its equivalent (through extensive work experience) can qualify for a work visa and immigration through a job offer in the U.S. An H-1 visa is available to professionals who are offered employment in the U.S. Such visa holders later become Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) through the Labor Certification Process. Small companies as well as large companies can offer you employment in the U.S. You must have your college or university degree and a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae with detailed employment verification and reference letters to assist us in obtaining an accreditation and/or an equivalency for your experience. A job offer can be obtained through the human resources departments of companies or through an employment agency. We can arrange for an accreditation, equivalency evaluation and we will forward your documents to a designated employment agency. Then we will ensure that the job offer and your experience qualify you for the work visa or permanent residency (Green Card).
